For the November Savory Chicken Curry Casserole,
keep in mind, the ingredients you received make 1/2 the recipe that is posted on our blog. The 1/2 recipe serves 6.
The entire recipe makes a huge 9×13 pan.

So far we have only eaten the Hamburger soup. It was wonderful. A few days later Scott added a hot chili mix to the leftovers to spice it up a bit.

We’ve eaten the Chimi’s finally and of course they were wonderful again. We ate the chicken pockets, but did not dip them in the butter or bread crumbs to save on some calories. They we very good even w/our minor adjustment. And I gave away the shepherd’s pie and ham ‘n’ cheese potato bake to a family who just had baby. They were real appreciative.
